11 Organic Restaurants In Scottsdale, Arizona
Looking For Healthy, Allergy Friendly, And Organic Restaurants In The Scottsdale, Arizona Area?
As a former longtime resident of Scottsdale, Arizona (I lived here 12+ years) and a clean, organic eater for 9+ years now, I’ve eaten at loads of restaurants around here and found the largest amount of healthy restaurant options in this city (compared to other US cities).
🅾️ 11 Organic Restaurants In Scottsdale, Arizona
Outside of California, I’ve found more organic restaurants to eat at in Scottsdale, Arizona than any other city in the United States. Some are a bit more expensive, but it’s worth it knowing you’re getting healthy, non-toxic food.
1. Sapiens Paleo Kitchen

Sapiens Paleo Kitchen is one of my favorite organic restaurants in North Scottsdale (I still consistently crave that burger pictured above), and they’re 100% paleo, gluten free, dairy free (aside from grass-fed butter), peanut free, and nut free, plus they only use olive oil and grass-fed butter.

2. Tocaya Modern Mexican

Tocaya actually started in California (their burritos are the perfect post surfing meal 😋), but they’ve moved over into Arizona too. I love Tocaya because they offer health conscious and organic food (never containing hormones, steroids, or antibiotics) for the traditional Mexican cuisine (my favorite).
They have everything from salads and tacos (pictured above) to soups and quesadillas, and even a gluten free burrito. Visit Monday through Friday for happy hour or Taco Tuesdays.

True Food isn’t specific to Scottsdale (they’re all over the US), but they’re still one of the best organic restaurants here (also great for those with allergies), and they’ve even gotten rid of all seed oils! They’ve got two restaurants in the Scottsdale area, but I love the Kierland one because it’s a cute and fun area.

Cave Creek is a unique place to visit just 30 minutes north of Scottsdale (it’s a Wild West style town), but there’s not many healthy or organic restaurants up here aside from the breakfast spot, Brunch, that does try to source local and organic ingredients.
