Organic & Healthy Food Restaurants In Mexico City
Planning A Trip To Mexico City But Wondering If There Are Any Restaurants Here With Organic, Clean, Allergy Friendly, Or Healthy Food?
Mexico City is one of my favorite places to visit (I’ve been many times), because I love the history, the sports, and the food here, which is surprisingly cheap, delicious, and sometimes healthy/organic. I know traveling with food allergies or a clean/healthy lifestyle can be a bit difficult (I’ve been doing it for 9+ years now), but I’ve always had an amazing time in Mexico City and been able to find plenty of places to eat here!

Most healthy restaurant options are in the Polanco, Condesa, Roma, and Coyoacán neighborhoods (the best + safest places to stay) of Mexico City, but I separated them by Organic, Gluten Free, and Vegan food, although some do fit into more than one category.

Top Healthy Gluten Free Restaurants In Mexico City

With a heavy corn based cuisine, it’s fairly easy to find gluten free food in Mexico City, but it’s not always celiac-friendly or super healthy at just any restaurant. I’ve eaten at quite a few of these restaurants since I don’t do gluten and I haven’t had any issues, but I’m not celiac.

🔁 Sum Up: Healthy Food In Mexico City
Despite Mexico as a whole not being very well known for ultra healthy food, it’s still possible to find healthier restaurant options in Mexico City that offer organic, gluten free, dairy free, vegan, or other allergy-friendly options. There’s honestly more restaurants serving organic food in Mexico City than in some of the US cities I’ve lived in, and everything I’ve tried has been delicious so far!
